Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant / Technical Lead

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 Days WFO

Shift: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Consultant / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in development, customization, integrations, data migration, performance tuning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize D365 F&O; solutions using X++.
- Work on tables, table/form extensions, classes, enums, EDTs, queries, views, and data entities.
- Implement extensions using Chain of Command (CoC).
- Develop SSRS reports, workflows, SysOperation framework, and batch jobs.
- Build integrations using OData, REST APIs, custom services, and data entities.
- Handle DMF, data migration, debugging, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Work with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, deployments, and release management.




- Prepare technical documentation, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate with functional and business teams.

Good to Have: Electronic Reporting (ER), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure services.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of relevant D365 F&O; development experience.
- Robust hands-on technical development and customization experience.
- Good communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
