Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support MES solutions in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in MES platforms, manufacturing processes, and database technologies, specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, IT, and automation teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, traceability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and support MES applications and integrations.
- Gather business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
- Develop interfaces between MES, ERP, SCADA, PLC, Historians, and other enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain database objects, stored procedures,



functions, views, and performance optimization in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot MES application issues, database performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Support MES deployments, upgrades, validation, and testing activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve manufacturing visibility.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, data integrity, and security requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide production support and collaborate with global stakeholders.
