Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of experience in high-rise buildings and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost management for MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Perform material quantity calculations using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender submissions.
- Identify drawing discrepancies, scope gaps, and variations.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support cost comparisons.
- Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with consultants,



contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of BOQs, estimates, and other QS deliverables.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off tools.
- Experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
