1.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple MEP projects from planning and execution to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Develop project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and productivity to ensure adherence to approved targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, material requirements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Manage procurement, material planning, subcontractors, and site resources to avoid project delays.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage project profitability, cost control, billing, variations, and client coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor project managers, site engineers, and other project team members.
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.





2.Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; relevant qualifications in MEP are preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in MEP project execution and management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Solid experience in managing large-scale or multiple projects across warehouse, retail, commercial, industrial, or data centre segments.
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Proven leadership, team management, client handling, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel PAN India based on project requirements.
