Role Description The MEPF Engineer will oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems for industrial, residential, and commercial projects. This full-time, in office role in Ahmedabad involves preparing and reviewing MEPF drawings, specifications, and BOQs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. The engineer will coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, vendors, and site teams to resolve technical issues, optimize designs, and support smooth execution.

Daily responsibilities include site inspections, quality checks,



progress monitoring, and timely reporting, as well as assisting in cost estimation, value engineering, and commissioning support. The role also requires maintaining documentation, contributing to safety and sustainability initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement of MEPF practices across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems design, installation, and commissioning.
- Ability to read, prepare, and coordinate technical drawings and layouts using CAD or BIM tools.
- Understanding of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for MEPF systems.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Skills in project planning, basic cost estimation, and documentation for MEPF-related activities.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in industrial or residential developments.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable engineering practices.
