Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and review MEP AutoCAD drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) for

retail store projects

- Heat Load Calculation, Electrical Load Calculation

- Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project/site teams to resolve drawing

discrepancies

- Ensure drawings comply with client standards, local codes, and statutory requirements

- Support project teams during design development, execution, and handover stages

- Manage drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals

- Conduct clash coordination with architectural and structural drawings

- Maintain proper documentation control for all MEP drawings

- Guide and mentor junior CAD engineers/draftsmen

- Assist Project Manager in planning and tracking drawing deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or EEE
- 5-5 years of experience in AutoCAD design, specifically in the Retail interior design industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and other design software added advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drawing is must
