Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve escalated member concerns, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
- Lead and supervise backend support operations to ensure smooth coordination between clubs and members.
- Monitor customer interaction channels including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
- Ensure timely closure of member queries while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Analyze recurring member concerns and provide actionable solutions to improve processes.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, escalation reports, and performance dashboards regularly.
- Coordinate with club managers and operations teams to ensure seamless member experience.




- Ensure adherence to company communication policies, SOPs, and service guidelines.
- Handle critical situations professionally while maintaining brand reputation and member trust.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Drive a proactive and solution-driven approach within the support team.

Requirements

- Prior experience in the fitness industry would be an add-on.
- Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day.
- Proficient with excel.

- Good interpersonal skills
- Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
- Graduate candidates or results awaited candidates can apply.
- Should have a go getter attitude.
- Robust phone contact handling skills and active listening.
