Role Description The Member role at ShadowFox is a full time, on-site position based in Kanpur. Members engage directly with learners, helping them navigate programs, understand expectations, and make effective use of ShadowFox’s resources and tools.

The role involves coordinating program activities, supporting assessments and project submissions, and maintaining clear,



timely communication with participants. Members also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery, collect feedback, and help improve learner experience and outcomes. Daily tasks may include scheduling sessions, answering learner queries, documenting progress, and contributing to a supportive, professional learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and partners.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate activities, track learner progress, and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic office software to support program operations and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to address learner issues, ensure accurate records, and uphold process quality.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Kanpur and maintain a professional, learner-centered approach.
- Prior experience in education, training, student engagement, or operations support is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in any discipline is preferred.
