Roles and Responsibilities
- Document doctor-patient conversations accurately.
- Update patient medical records and clinical notes.
- Prepare medical reports using healthcare software.
- Understand medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable English listening and writing skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts, if required.
