Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Uttar Pradesh, India.

The Medical Sales

Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions to promote the company’s product range. Daily activities include visiting clients, presenting product information, explaining benefits and usage, and addressing product-related queries. The role also involves achieving sales targets, monitoring competitor activity, gathering market feedback, and supporting promotional activities and campaigns. Accurate reporting, maintaining customer records,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and sales target achievement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, provide support, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety information.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets) for reporting and follow-up.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory in Uttar Pradesh as needed.
