Medical Representative (MR) – Healthcare Sales Company: Neuvara Consumer Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred Neuvara Consumer Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Medical Representative to promote innovative oral healthcare and wellness products, develop relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve assigned territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular product detailing visits to healthcare professionals, including:

- Dentists and dental surgeons - ENT specialists - Oral medicine specialists - Periodontists and oral healthcare professionals - General physicians and family medicine practitioners - Gastroenterologists - Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies.
- Promote product awareness through scientific detailing and approved educational materials.
- Visit chemists and pharmacies to ensure product availability and generate orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Execute territory coverage plans and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, product availability and market developments.




- Maintain accurate daily call reports and sales records.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) - Doctor Calls: 10–12 per working day.

- Chemist Calls: Minimum 5 per working day.
- Territory Coverage: Minimum 95% of assigned customer coverage.
- Sales Achievement: 100% of assigned monthly sales target.
- Reporting: Daily call reporting and sales updates.

Candidate

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or related discipline.

- 1–3 years of pharmaceutical, dental or healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with dentists, ENT specialists, physicians or pharmacies preferred.
- Strong scientific detailing, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram healthcare market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
