Job Summary
Responsible for driving pharmaceutical sales, building strong customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and expanding business across assigned territories.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet doctors and customers to promote products and generate prescriptions.
- Implement sales strategies and achieve assigned targets.
- Explore new markets and identify business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with stockists, chemists, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends,
product availability, and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales reports and market updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong territory and market knowledge.
- Sound product knowledge.
- Good doctor and customer relationship management.
- Sales planning and target-achievement skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role.
- Candidates with experience in doctor engagement, prescription generation, and stockist/chemist management will be preferred.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to join immediately.
