Position: Medical Biller – US Medical Billing

Job Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

process.

- Perform accurate and timely charge entry, ensuring all billing information is entered correctly.

- Handle payment posting and reconcile payments, adjustments, and denials accurately.

- Analyze outstanding accounts receivable and identify delayed or unpaid claims.

- Review claim status, investigate payment discrepancies, and follow up on pending claims.

- Perform AR calling to insurance companies whenever required to obtain claim status, clarify payment issues, and resolve outstanding claims.

- Identify claim rejections, denials, and underpayments and coordinate appropriate resolution.

- Maintain billing accuracy and meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

- Analyze recurring billing issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance representatives to resolve billing-related concerns.





- Maintain proper documentation of claim follow-ups, payment details, and account updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

- Strong hands-on experience in Charge Entry, Payment Posting, and AR Analysis.

- Practical knowledge of the end-to-end medical billing process.

- Ability and willingness to perform AR calling whenever required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy in billing operations.

- Ability to investigate claim discrepancies and determine appropriate next steps.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and performance targets.

- Candidates must be residing in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

- Must be willing to work from the office.

- Must have relevant experience in US Medical Billing.

- Should demonstrate qualified communication and analytical skills.

- Must be flexible to support AR calling based on business requirements.
