Role Description This full-time Media Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Media

Specialist will support digital media planning and execution for India Today Group Digital brands, coordinating campaigns across platforms to optimize reach and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with editorial, marketing, and sales teams, managing media schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports and insights.



The role also involves researching audience behavior and new media trends, contributing to campaign strategies, and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in media planning and recent media, with experience in managing digital campaigns or platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and marketing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support brand initiatives.
- Candidates should possess research skills to analyze audience data, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Relevant experience in digital media, online publishing, or media agencies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
