? Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead to drive mechanical design, technical strategy, and team development within our medical device design group. The role combines hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities to deliver high-quality designs from concept to production.

? Mandatory Skills

✅ Plastic Design

✅ Electromechanical Product Design

✅ SolidWorks or other CAD packages

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers.
- Review 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Oversee plastic, metal, injection-moulded, sheet-metal,



and precision-machined component design.
- Ensure GD&T;, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, and design quality standards.
- Drive concept development, feasibility studies, and design validation.
- Support FMEA, risk management, and verification and validation activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

? Preferred Experience: Medical device development or experience in regulated industries.
