About the Company:

Grid 2 Chip Pvt. Ltd., is an AI infra enabler delivering Data Center critical infra solutions having a manufacturing facility for Secondary Fluid Network (SFN) system used in Liquid Cooling high density AI DCs.

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor engineering and manufacturing projects involving stainless-steel (SS) piping, spool fabrication, and process equipment, ensuring timely project delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute projects from engineering and material procurement through fabrication, inspection, testing, and final delivery.
- Review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, isometric drawings, BOMs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, QA/QC, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor SS spool fabrication, cutting, fit-up, welding, assembly, and finishing activities against project schedules.
- Coordinate material planning, resource allocation, manpower deployment, and equipment availability.
- Track project progress, identify delays, resolve execution issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and test plans (ITPs), welding documentation, dimensional inspection, NDT, pressure testing,



and other applicable quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, productivity, and schedule performance.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide periodic progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and protected working practices throughout project execution.
- Coordinate customer inspections, project handover, final documentation, and dispatch readiness.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience & Technical Skills:

- 5–7 years of experience in project engineering, mechanical fabrication, stainless-steel piping, spool manufacturing, or process-equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SS piping fabrication, welding processes, fit-up, isometric drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, material management, quality inspection, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of applicable ASME/API standards, customer specifications, and welding quality requirements will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project reporting, and MS Project or equivalent planning tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on experience in SS spool fabrication, industrial piping, process equipment, and project-based manufacturing.
