? We’re Hiring: Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Team Lead

? Payment: per hour (Highly paid)

? Contract: 4 weeks initially

⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours per day

? Fixed Shift: 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM

✨ Flexible Hours: The remaining 4 hours can be managed as per your schedule.

? What will you do?

- Lead and guide a team of 5–10 engineering experts.
- Review engineering tasks, calculations, and simulations.
- Ensure technical accuracy and high-quality work.
- Help team members improve their work and meet deadlines.

? Who can apply? ✅ PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical expertise in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

✅ Strong programming skills and Linux knowledge.

✅ Experience in FEA, CFD, thermal modelling, flight simulation, or propulsion.

✅ Experience reviewing technical work and mentoring a team.
