About the Role

We are seeking a motivated MBA graduate to join our HR Graduate Training Program. In this role, you will support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, beginning with first-level interviews and candidate screening for technical and mid-level positions. As you demonstrate performance and develop expertise, you will progressively take on broader recruitment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured first-round interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and mid-level roles.

Review resumes, assess candidate-role fit, and maintain an accurate understanding of hiring requirements.

Identify and escalate potential risks, including attrition concerns, compensation expectation mismatches, and inconsistencies in candidate profiles or interview responses.

Document and communicate structured interview feedback to the recruiting team in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with interviewed candidates for subsequent interview rounds, documentation, and hiring-process updates.

Support compensation discussions and offer-stage coordination in collaboration with the recruitment and HR teams.





Contribute to recruitment process improvement, candidate experience, and hiring quality through consistent follow-up and data-driven feedback.

Qualifications

MBA from a reputed business school.

HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.

2–4 years of prior work experience before the MBA is preferred.

Demonstrated ownership of a measurable outcome, such as leading a college fest, committee, E-Cell initiative, significant internship project, or qualified work assignment.

Prior exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition is an added advantage.
