Key Responsibilities

- Manage hospital accounts, budgets, and financial records.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle billing, payment reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Relevant hospital or healthcare finance experience is preferred.
