- Execute local and international purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely release and delivery of materials.
- Liaise with the Finance team to facilitate timely payment processing and closure of vendor invoices.
- Resolve procurement-related discrepancies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address sales-related queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Run and monitor automation files and tools as per scheduled timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and operational effectiveness.
