About the Role

UNFOOLED is a sensitive-skin skincare brand looking for a highly experienced, analytical and commercially driven professional to take complete ownership of its online growth.

We are looking for someone who has successfully launched or scaled skincare or beauty brands and understands how to build consistent sales through marketplaces, performance advertising, product positioning and conversion optimization.

This is a hands-on business growth role, not merely an account management or advertising coordination position.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a complete marketplace and D2C growth strategy with measurable revenue, acquisition and profitability goals.

Independently manage Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces, including product listings, advertising, visibility, conversion, promotions and sales.

Plan, execute and optimize Amazon Ads, marketplace advertising, Meta and Google campaigns, directly or through specialist support.

Identify hero SKUs, improve product positioning, pricing, offers, bundles and customer conversion.

Conduct detailed competitor analysis of leading Indian and international skincare brands.

Develop skincare-focused content, UGC and influencer marketing strategies in coordination with creative teams.

Audit and improve D2C website performance, landing pages, customer acquisition and repeat purchase initiatives.





Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize ACOS, TACOS, CAC, ROAS and contribution margin.

Present weekly business performance dashboards, actionable insights and growth plans.

Independently identify and resolve the reasons behind weak sales, low conversion and inefficient advertising expenditure.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in scaling an established or early-stage beauty/skincare brand.

Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace advertising.

Experience in Nykaa and D2C growth preferred.

Ability to develop strategy and independently execute campaigns.

Strong understanding of skincare customers, ingredient-led marketing, competitor positioning and consumer trust.

Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable working directly with founders and taking ownership of business results.

Mandatory Interview Requirements

Monthly advertising budgets and sales managed.

ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and CAC achieved.

Examples of new product launches and sales growth.

Experience increasing organic marketplace sales.

A practical approach to launching and scaling UNFOOLED.

Preference will be given to candidates who have independently scaled skincare or beauty brands rather than those with only agency coordination or generic marketplace experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
