Position: B2B Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Head with a robust background in the logistics, courier, aggregator, or e-commerce industry, preferably from a courier company. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in B2B sales within logistics, courier, courier aggregator, or e-commerce companies.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
- Proven experience in client visits, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of market expansion and revenue generation strategies.
- Ability to lead sales initiatives and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
