Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Associate – Influencer Partnerships to help scale Troovy’s creator ecosystem. Should be able to work in a fast-paced setting. Startup experience is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, creator marketing, and modern consumer brands, and enjoys building relationships and executing high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, scout, and onboard relevant creators and influencers aligned with the brand
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
- Coordinate campaign briefs, negotiations, timelines,



and deliverables
- Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content output
- Stay updated with creator trends, viral formats, and emerging talent
- Work closely with internal creative, performance, and brand teams
- Assist in celebrity campaigns, brand partnerships, and launch activations

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
- Bachelors from a premium institution in Marketing and communications.
- FMCG, food, beverage, kids, parenting or consumer brand experience.
- Understanding of performance marketing and creator-led advertising.
- Experience working with creators/agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Social Media and creator analytics tools.
