Galaxy Christian Hospital | Shyamnagar, West Bengal

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Hospital Marketing Manager to drive patient acquisition, hospital revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Increase OPD, IPD and surgical admissions.
- Develop doctor, GP, clinic and referral networks.
- Promote Ayushman Bharat, Cash and TPA services.
- Build corporate and institutional partnerships.
- Organise health camps and community outreach programmes.
- Lead the marketing team and achieve monthly growth targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in hospital marketing.
- Proven track record in patient acquisition and business development.
- Solid local healthcare network.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- MBA/Graduate preferred.

Salary: Attractive package + performance incentives. Location: Shyamnagar, West Bengal
