We are hiring a Marketing & PR Manager for our office in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to lead our marketing team and strengthen the Group’s brand presence internationally.

About the role

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader with experience managing luxury or premium brands. You will develop our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand positioning and create campaigns that connect with high-end customers.

You will lead a team of Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing Executives and Content Creators, providing clear direction and ensuring consistently high-quality work.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing, branding and PR strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
- Strengthen AeroControl’s positioning as a trusted premium aviation services brand.
- Create targeted campaigns for high-net-worth individuals, corporate decision-makers and international aviation clients.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals, priorities and deadlines.
- Guide and review designs, videos, written content and campaigns to ensure a premium and consistent brand image.
- Oversee branding across websites, social media, presentations, brochures and corporate communications.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing and social media.




- Work with sales and business development teams to generate qualified enquiries and support customer engagement.
- Manage PR, media relationships, brand partnerships and participation in industry events.
- Study customer expectations, market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies and vendors.
- Measure campaign performance, lead quality and return on marketing spend, and present results to management.

Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications or PR.
- Proven experience managing luxury or premium brands and communicating with high-end customers.
- Experience managing Graphic Designers, Digital Marketing Executives and Content Creators.
- A robust track record of developing marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, creative direction and storytelling.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns and analytics.
- Excellent written and spoken English, presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn strategic plans into well-executed campaigns.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- An aviation background is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
