We are looking for a versatile and result-oriented Marketing Lead who can take ownership of our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, analyse campaign performance, and guide the marketing team towards achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional who understands both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, can plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage organisational events, and translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent marketing communication.

2. Lead Generation & Business Growth

- Plan and execute lead generation initiatives to support sales and business development.
- Identify relevant target audiences, potential customers, and new business opportunities.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives through email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, digital platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-ups, and conversions.

3. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyse campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance insights to management.
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimise marketing spend for better results.

4. Event Planning & Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute organisational events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry-related events.
- Manage event planning, budgets, vendors, logistics,



and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth execution and measure event outcomes, including business leads and engagement.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Lead, guide, and coordinate the marketing team to ensure timely execution of activities.
- Delegate responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- Work with team members across design, digital marketing, content, and other marketing functions.
- Encourage creative thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or business-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign management.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, analyse performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in planning and managing corporate events, exhibitions, or trade shows.
- Proven ability to guide a team and coordinate multiple marketing activities.
- Good communication, planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
