Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with campaign execution, content creation, and coordination of digital and offline marketing activities.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market and competitor research, helping prepare marketing reports and presentations, and supporting social media and email marketing initiatives. The intern will also assist with lead generation activities, outreach to prospects, and coordination with the sales team to align marketing efforts.



This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Indore, where some work-from-home flexibility is available.

The position offers hands-on exposure to a quick-paced marketing environment and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as gathering data, analyzing trends, and deriving basic insights about competitors and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, relationship-building, and supporting sales outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with an understanding of branding, positioning, and campaign planning at a basic level.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic data analysis.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
