What You'll Do

- Manage and assist with Instagram and Facebook content, including reels, posts, stories, and content calendars.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, engaging hooks, captions, and social media content.
- Research trending formats, audio, competitors, and emerging social media trends.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Research and coordinate influencer collaborations and creator outreach.
- Assist with Meta Ads campaigns, creative testing, and basic performance tracking.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyse content performance, and suggest improvements.
- Support promotional campaigns, brand partnerships,



and other marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, and content creation.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience or a portfolio of creative work is a plus, but not mandatory.
