What 78flex is
78flex is Kinetic Blume's marketplace for flexible workspace in India. Someone describes what they need in plain language 'a desk for the week near Indiranagar', 'a meeting room on Thursday ', and we match them to real inventory they can book directly.
Where we actually are
Better you know now than in week three. The platform is live, we have ten partner spaces across Bengaluru, and almost nobody has heard of us. There is no brand budget, no agency and no marketing team; you would be it. The working budget for a thirty-day cycle is about ₹5,000, so every rupee has to be arguable.
The pipeline you would own
Six parts. You run all of them, and you are the only person who does.
1. Presence. Instagram and X, posted consistently and well. Spaces, localities, the occasional practical thing about working in this city. This is what an operator checks before deciding whether to sign with us, and what a first-time visitor checks before booking from a company they have not heard of.
2. Pages that catch intent. Locality and meeting-room pages built to answer a search, not to read nicely: the count and the price in the headline, fifteen genuinely local questions answered, honest comparison to the next locality over.
3. Paid, carefully. Google Search on a small budget: exact and phrase match, manual bids, pinned to one locality. You read the cost per click, per enquiry and per booking by ad group, and you turn off what is losing.
4. Distribution through operators. Get manager access to our operators' Google Business Profiles and place tracked booking links on them. QR standees in the spaces. Directory listings. This is the cheapest demand available to us, and nobody is doing it.
5. Conversion. WhatsApp links with the message already written, and a reply time we actually keep.
Responding within an hour makes a lead roughly seven times more likely to qualify; we currently have thirty enquiries nobody has called.
6. Measurement. Tag everything, then say honestly which page, post, ad or operator produced a real booking and which produced nothing.
How each half is judged
Social and content are measured on reach and on whether operators and visitors find a company that looks real. They are not measured on bookings, because the evidence says first bookings do not come from social, and holding you to a number you cannot move would be unfair.
Pages, paid, operator distribution and conversion are measured on one thing: qualified enquiries that turn into bookings, and what each one cost.
What you need to be able to do
1. Write. Clearly, in plain English, for a page meant to be found and for a post meant to be read. Most of this job is writing. Send us something you wrote that people who were not your examiners read.
2. Make things look decent. Canva is enough — posts, a one-pager, a printable QR standee. Figma is a bonus, not a requirement.
3. Post consistently. Including the unglamorous half: scheduling, replying to comments and DMs, and keeping it going in the weeks when nothing is happening.
4. Run a small Google Search campaign without breaking it. Keyword Planner, exact and phrase match, manual bids, geographic targeting. If your instinct is Performance Max, this is not the role.
5. Be straight with numbers. UTMs built properly, a web analytics tool you can navigate, and bookings grouped by where they came from.
You should want to know whether something worked and be willing to say when it did not.
6. Talk to people. You will pitch spaces to companies and ask operators for profile access. A marketing job here is not a job away from customers.
7. AI-first. You reach for an AI tool by default and can say specifically what you used it for last week.
Not required: a marketing degree, agency experience, a follower count, or video production. If you are in your final semester
(a) We take final-semester students who need a placement or industry internship to complete their degree, and we do the paperwork properly.
(b) We will complete your college's internship forms, sign the evaluation and provide a named mentor.
(c) Your exams and academic commitments are accommodated — tell us the dates and we work around them.
(d) You get a Certificate of Internship within ten working days of finishing, whatever the outcome, plus a reference from the people you worked with.
(e) All we need from you is a no-objection or placement letter from your institution before you start.
The six-month term is set so it fits a January-to-May final semester: start early November 2026, finish end of April 2027.
What you get out of it
1. Direct access to the founders, not a layer between you and them.
2. A number with your name on it, and the authority to move it.
3. Founder-led training, honest weekly feedback, and a formal review at 45 working days with a written outcome.
4. A certificate of internship and a reference written by the people you worked with.
5. We are offering a stipend of 10,000/month + incentives
