We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.

Job Profile:

Execute BTL marketing activities, product promotions, and brand activations.

Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and printers for marketing collateral.

Develop impactful product presentations, brochures, and marketing kits.

Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and event logistics.

Work closely with Sales and Digital Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Track leads, event performance, and ROI.

Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Manage end-to-end stall design, fabrication, branding, and event execution.

Requirements:

4–8 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Brand Promotions, Exhibitions, or Event Marketing.

Robust experience in managing exhibitions and on-ground brand activations.

Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events.
