Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with experience in paid advertising, lead generation, social media marketing, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate should understand how to plan and execute digital campaigns, analyze performance, and improve customer acquisition through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop lead generation strategies to attract relevant audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Create and test ad copies, headlines, creatives, videos, reels, and calls to action.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop effective marketing creatives.
- Manage social media marketing activities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Support SEO activities, website content optimization, and organic traffic growth.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies to improve results.




- Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and customer conversions.
- Ensure marketing campaigns comply with applicable advertising policies and financial services regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Practical experience with paid advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign budgeting, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and website analytics.
- Understanding of campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and performance reporting.
- Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and work toward measurable targets.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in financial services, FinTech, investment platforms, or wealth management.
- Experience generating leads for digital services or subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead management.
- Understanding of advertising policies for investment-related products and services.
