Role Description

This is an unpaid, remote internship role for a Marketing Executive Intern at Small Fare®. The intern will support marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio brands by assisting with market research, gathering customer insights, and analyzing competitor activities. Day-to-day tasks include helping to develop marketing plans, coordinating promotional campaigns,



and supporting basic outreach and sales enablement efforts.

The intern will also contribute to content creation for digital channels, maintain marketing documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in modern, digital-first marketing while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct Market Research and assist with Market Planning to support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external outreach.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Marketing, with an understanding of basic marketing funnels and customer engagement.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first workplace with good time management and self-organization skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics tools, or CRM/marketing tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team setting.
