Key Responsibilities

Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.

Meet prospective clients and explain the companys software products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Support business development activities and achieve assigned marketing targets.

Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and direct meetings.

Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal team.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic billing documentation.

Maintain customer information, lead records, and daily activity reports.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support client requirements.

Stay updated on the companys products, services, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
