- Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and sales activities in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Generate new leads and identify business opportunities across India.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, consultants, EPC companies, builders, and industrial clients.
4. Promote and sell STP, ETP, WTP, UF, RO and O&M; solutions.
5. Handle enquiries,



tenders, techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and order closures.
6. Conduct regular client meetings and market visits.
7. Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
8. Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution of orders.
9. Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and regular management updates.
10. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development.
- Experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment / Environmental Engineering industry is preferred.
- Strong network with government, institutional, industrial, EPC, and construction clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
