Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, managing brand positioning, and driving demand generation for Hutch Systems’ fleet management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing market research and competitive analysis, coordinating with sales and product teams, and managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.

Director will guide the creation of marketing content and collateral, foster relationships with key partners and customers, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline channels. This role also involves mentoring marketing team members and aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s growth objectives in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Marketing and Marketing Management to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in Sales collaboration to align marketing programs with revenue targets and support lead generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in B2B technology, SaaS, telematics, logistics, or transportation is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with competence in marketing analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
