Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Mostly remote, but requires occasional physical visits to shoot locations.) (Note: We are looking for candidates based in Mumbai)

What You Will Do (Your Daily Tasks):

Your primary job is to help us build excitement and grow our Instagram and YouTube pages before we launch. Unlike typical desk internships, you won't just be stuck behind a laptop :) you'll also get to step onto real production sets and see how a brand is built from the inside.

1. Write engaging reel scripts: Write strong, relatable scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The videos should connect with people emotionally and include our brand naturally, without looking like a forced advertisement.
2. Experience Real Production Sets & Studios: Step out of your room and join us at professional studios, live shoot sets, and manufacturing facilities across Mumbai. You will capture raw BTS videos, watch your scripts come to life on camera, and work directly alongside actors, directors, and crew.
3. Create & Review Content: Design photo posts and carousels for Instagram and YouTube. Work with our video editor to check the reels they edit and give constructive feedback.
4. Post & Schedule Videos: Upload reels, shorts, and posts on time using the right captions, trending songs,



and hashtags.
5. Reach Out to Influencers: Find and message influencers for online and offline collaborations.
6. Boost Top Reels: Keep an eye on which reel(s) are performing well and boost them (run basic promotions) so they reach more people.

Skills You Need

- Valuable storytelling and scriptwriting skills for short videos.
- Clear and polite communication skills.
- A good understanding of what works on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts right now.
- Mid level photo editing and basic level video editing skills
