- Communicate with foreign clients through email, chat, and calls.
- Handle professional business communication in English.
- Understand client requirements and respond to their queries.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders and updates.

Requirements:

- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Good confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Excellent email-writing and communication skills.
- Experience in international client communication preferred.
- Jewelry industry experience will be an advantage.
