Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation & HubSpot CRM Integration Developer to join our technical team at WebGuruz Technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom API integrations between HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and various third-party web applications, databases, and custom platforms. You will combine custom full-stack web development (Node.js/JavaScript, REST APIs, Webhooks) with advanced marketing automation architecture to streamline lead flows, data synchronization, and client operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Custom API & Middleware Integration: Develop, test, and maintain custom RESTful API integrations, webhooks, and middleware scripts to sync multi-directional data between external platforms and HubSpot CRM.
- HubSpot CRM Architecture: Set up, configure, and customize HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Custom Objects), properties, pipelines, complex workflows, and automated triggers.
- Marketing Automation Development: Design and implement automated marketing and lead nurturing workflows, email sequences, lead scoring models, form integrations, and tracking scripts.
- Custom Code & Scripting: Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript/Node.js code (and front-end components where needed) for custom web forms, serverless functions, and backend integration handlers.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization:



Audit existing client integrations, debug API payload failures, optimize webhook execution, and ensure high data integrity and security standards.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical architects, digital marketing leads, and international clients to analyze requirements and deliver technical CRM solutions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM API integrations, web development, and marketing automation systems.
- HubSpot Platform Expertise: Deep working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and HubSpot Developer APIs (v3 REST APIs, webhooks, app setup, custom code actions in workflows).
- Technical & Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js, RESTful APIs, JSON/XML structures, HTTP request handling, and backend logic.
- Database & Web Concepts: Good understanding of relational/non-relational databases, web architecture, Git version control, and testing tools like Postman.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong logical thinking and debugging skills with good English communication for cross-functional teamwork and technical documentation.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Exposure to other marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Pardot, Zapier/Make integrations).
- Experience developing custom serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Node.js endpoints) for CRM data transformation.
- Official HubSpot Developer or Marketing Automation certifications.
