Position: Marketing Coordinator

Qualification: MBA / CA / CA Final
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Bajaj Earths Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized qualified to join our marketing team and coordinate marketing operations across the head office, factory, and national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with national and international marketing teams.
- Manage customer sample requirements, product trials and sample dispatches.
- Coordinate product-wise specifications, laboratory reports and technical documentation.
- Follow up on sales receipts and customer payments.
- Coordinate dispatches between the factory, marketing team and customers.
- Manage customer rejections, complaints and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate international travel plans with the marketing team and travel desk.
- Track marketing expenses and coordinate with the finance team.
- Assist with quotations, costing, commercial documentation and business development.
- Ensure smooth communication between the marketing team, head office and factory.
