About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and contribute across content, SEO, social media, campaigns, and demand generation. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to build a serious career in marketing while working on real projects at a fast-growing B2B SaaS and LegalTech company.

You will work closely with the marketing team to research, create, publish, optimise, and measure marketing work across channels. You will be expected to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and learn quickly. We are not looking for years of experience. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

1] Content and SEO:

- Research and write SEO-friendly blogs, website pages, landing pages, and other marketing content
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research to find content opportunities
- Understand search intent and create content that addresses what users are actually looking for
- Optimise content for keywords, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and readability
- Identify opportunities to improve existing content and organic search performance
- Track content and SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4,



and relevant SEO tools
- Support content planning based on business priorities, search trends, and audience needs

2] Social Media and Brand:

- Plan and create content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Develop ideas for posts, carousels, short-form videos, and campaigns
- Write social copy, captions, hooks, and campaign messaging
- Repurpose blogs, product updates, customer stories, and other assets into social content
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor engagement, conversations, and trends relevant to the brand
- Track social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

3] Campaigns and Growth:

- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Help create campaign messaging, content, and supporting assets.
- Work with the team to execute marketing initiatives from idea to launch
- Track campaign performance and help identify what is working and what needs improvement
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and ideas to drive brand awareness and business growth

4] AI and Marketing

- Use AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, analysis, and marketing workflows
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify ways to make marketing more efficient
- Stay updated on developments in AI, search, content, and digital marketing

What We're Looking For?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; internships, freelance projects, college projects, or personal marketing work are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Genuine interest in marketing, content, SEO, social media, and digital marketing
- Ability to research a topic, understand an audience, and turn insights into clear content
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools is a plus
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and experiment
