Role Description The Marketing Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Chhatral manufacturing facility. This role supports day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting with market research, preparing sales and marketing materials, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and maintaining marketing databases and reports.

The Marketing

Assistant helps organize promotional activities,



supports customer communication, and collaborates with the sales team to follow up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves updating product information, assisting with customer feedback collection, and contributing to basic digital or offline marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and present data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, promotion of products, and coordination with the sales team.
- Basic knowledge of industrial or automotive products and an interest in manufacturing or engineering-focused markets is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using CRM or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in office in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
