Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Sales Executive role based in Chalakkudy. The person in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships for generator and power solution services. Daily tasks include meeting prospective customers, explaining product and service offerings, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales.

The role also involves coordinating with the technical team, maintaining accurate sales records,



and supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The Marketing and Sales Executive will be expected to represent ALIGN UNIVERSAL professionally, provide responsive customer service, and contribute to revenue growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Marketing-related abilities such as basic campaign support, customer outreach, and market research.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of power solutions or industrial equipment (experience with generator services is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally as needed, and manage time and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency with common office software and maintaining organized records and reports.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably in industrial, engineering, or service sectors.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
