We are looking for an innovative and adaptable Marketing/Business Development Manager to join the Blown team on an immediate basis. You will be in charge of our marketing operations and the development of our ongoing sales networks.

As a Marketing/Business Development Manager, you will be an active participant in creating market research and marketing plans. Your duties also include follow-up and evaluation of the outcome of promotional campaigns.

In addition to this, you will also supervise the allocated marketing budget and make sure that all marketing content is according to our products or services' identity.

To be effective in this role, you must have adequate experience in marketing and exceptional knowledge of web analytics tools. You should have innovative thinking to turn inventive ideas into actual advertising projects from start to finish. You will help us create a strong impact on our target clients and maintain a consistent business.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Manager who can organize events and occasions that will make an impact on a target audience. You should make sure that the events are cost-effective and successful by paying attention to budget plans and time requirements.

You should possess excellent organizational skills and an understanding of event planning and marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience working with major technologies and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

- Analyze the company's products and their position in the market
- Determine potential business opportunities.
- Develop a good relationship with customers and partners.
- Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
- Implement and execute the best marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with different departments for the creation and implementation of the best possible marketing strategies
- Produce innovative and appealing content for our website and blog that fascinates and increases our followers




- Form strategic relationships and partner with significant business groups and agencies
- Study customer behavior and alter the latest promotional campaigns accordingly
- Stay updated about recent trends in the marketing industry
- Build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure the overall ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify current marketing trends and insights.
- Optimize the costs and campaign performance based on these insights.
- Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies
- Plan and execute events as per the goals and objectives.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the success of an event.
- Ensure adherence to budget plans.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers.
- Arrange and organize all the tasks of the event.
- Lead special promotional activities for the event.

Requirements

- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience working as a Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager/Event Manager or Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
- Verified knowledge of finding target audiences
- Create and lead promotional marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in enhancing Google AdWords campaigns
- Well-informed about modern marketing trends
- Excellent knowledge of social media marketing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
