Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Merchant Marketing Executive to lead merchant acquisition, build strategic partnerships, manage the merchant marketing team, and drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute merchant acquisition and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with merchants.
- Lead and manage the merchant marketing team and achieve acquisition targets.
- Drive merchant onboarding, engagement, retention, and promotional campaigns.




- Identify revenue-generating opportunities through merchant partnerships.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and share regular reports with management.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team management and target achievement.
- Solid understanding of field marketing and business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
