Role Description This is a full-time remote role in Marketing and Business Development at Aryatech Marine and Offshore Services. The role involves marketing of Bentley Softwares such as SACS, Plaxis, Staad, Maxsurf etc, identifying and developing new business opportunities in the oil and gas and marine engineering sectors, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting partner networks in India and the Middle East. Daily responsibilities include market research, lead generation, creating and executing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals and presentations,



and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

The role also includes managing digital presence, updating marketing collateral, supporting training and software sales initiatives, and tracking key performance metrics to improve outreach and conversion. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients will be essential to expand market reach and reinforce Aryatech’s brand and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification within engineering, oil and gas, or marine sectors.
- Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital marketing, including social media and online outreach.
- Candidates should possess skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess skills in proposal writing, presentation development, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic data analysis, reporting, and use of CRM or similar business development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; experience in oil and gas, marine, or engineering services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Familiarity with engineering software markets (e.g., Bentley products, SACS, STAAD-PRO, MOSES, MAXSURF, Plaxis etc will be preferred
