- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background and at least 2 years of hands-on project management experience to lead projects from planning through successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects within defined scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate with management, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality and timeline standards.
- Manage project resources and align organisational capabilities with business requirements.
- Track project-related billing/services and ensure effective resource utilisation.
- Maintain effective project data and reporting systems for timely decision-making.
