Role & responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, ERP platforms, networking, servers, hardware, and software applications.

- Manage end-to-end IT operations across all outlets, corporate offices, and brewery units.

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including internet connectivity, CCTV systems, firewalls, routers, switches, and access controls.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC management, issue resolution, and system upgrades.

- Lead implementation and rollout of current IT systems, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.

- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for operational and business-critical issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and minimize operational downtime.

- Maintain data security standards, backups, system access controls, and compliance protocols.

- Support integration between POS, ERP, finance, inventory, and reporting systems.

- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers,



and infrastructure records.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and improve operational efficiency.

- Train outlet teams and users on IT systems, processes, and best practices.

- Travel to outlets and project locations whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-10 years of experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure Management.
- Experience in Restaurants, QSR, Hospitality, Brewery, or Retail chains preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, POS systems, networking, and hardware management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and IT support operations.
- Ability to manage multi-unit operations efficiently.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
