Role & responsibilities

Location :- Mumbai (Andheri)

Its a Contractual Role.

- 4+ years in product management, with meaningful ownership of customer-facing app or web journeys. Exceptional PM candidates with slightly different experience bands may also be considered.
- Strong product sense and UX judgement, particularly for fulfilment, tracking, assisted-service or marketplace journeys with multiple dependencies.
- Ability to influence across business, engineering, design, analytics, operations and external partners; comfortable making trade-offs and driving closure in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency with product analytics, event instrumentation, funnel/cohort analysis, experimentation, prioritisation and outcome-based roadmaps.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and AI-enabled products; pragmatic understanding of where models need strong data, confidence thresholds, auditability and human-in-the-loop controls.

Motor-services experience is a robust advantage, including automotive marketplaces, mobility, repair/maintenance, roadside assistance, telematics, vehicle inspection, garage networks or motor claims. Insurance experience is not mandatory.
