We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong experience in Contract Staffing and C2H hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing niche technology talent, and closing positions within tight timelines.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in IT Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring
Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, and Boolean Search
Experience screening and hiring technical professionals across multiple technologies
Excellent stakeholder, client, and candidate management skills

Preferred Requirement Experience: Candidates with hiring experience for Workday, SAP, Syniti, ABAP, SAP EWM, Performance Testing, NeoLoad, Mulesoft, Snowflake, ADF, DBT, and Data Engineering roles will be preferred.
