Role Purpose The Manager Sales &

- Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of transformer sales orders while expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for transformer products

- Manage and grow key customer accounts including utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients

- Lead tendering activities , bid strategy, pricing, and negotiations

- Drive order booking , revenue targets, and market share growth

- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution

- Monitor order book, dispatches, collections, and receivables

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

- Lead customer meetings, business development initiatives, and contract discussions

- Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts,



and performance reports to management

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls

- Support branding, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives

Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong knowledge of transformer products and B2B sales

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

- Experience in handling utility, EPC, and institutional customers

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts and tenders

- Target-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools

- Leadership and team coordination capabilities

Qualifications &

- Experience

Education:

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

- MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience:
